Billing & Fees

We believe in transparency. Below is an outline of our fees, payment options, and funding supports available for families.

  • Fee Schedule

    • Initial Session: $293.99 (40–45 mins therapy + follow-up).

    • Ongoing OT Sessions: $193.99.

    • Reports/Letters: $193.99.

    • Travel: $10 standard fee, additional if further.

    • Assessments/Additional Services: Quoted individually.

    • Court Attendance: $1,200/day.

  • Funding Options

    • Private (direct payment).

    • Medicare (with GP referral; families claim rebate).

    • NDIS (plan-managed or self-managed only).

    • Private Health (receipts provided for claims).

  • Payment Process

    • Payment required on day of service.

    • Preferred method: PINCH direct debit (bank or card).

    • Bank transfer also available.

    • If payment delayed → late fees may apply, future sessions paused.

  • If Payment Isn’t Received

    • PINCH agreement required.

    • Ongoing non-payment = cancellation of child’s OT spot.
